 OBJETIVOS GENERALES: 

v     Tomar conciencia que  ellos son las víctimas del abandono y aunque el año 2005 fueron 824 niños los atendidos por el Conace, los recursos no alcanzan para todos. v     Es nuestra obligación como futuras psicopedagogas saber acoger integralmente con amor y eficiencia a niños y jóvenes de ambos sexos, en situación de riesgo, peligro o daño, con el propósito de facilitar en ellos un proceso de autonomía, que les permita asumir sus vidas con responsabilidad,  v     Saber  que  un adulto   es muy significativo en su desarrollo sano, puesto que podemos hacer más de lo que nosotros pensamos, para ello hay que informarse. Trabajar en la promoción de los derechos infantiles y en programas de apoyo para adolescentes con problemas psicosociales como alcoholismo y drogadicción. 

OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICO: 

v     Reconocer que en nuestro país hay muchos niños en riesgo social y  frente a algún caso saber como actuar. v     Conocer las diferentes instituciones  que trabajan en Chile con respecto a este tema. v     Toma de conciencia.

Hi. I have a Panasonic NV-GS27 miniDV Camera, and I'm trying to capture a couple of videos I recorded, onto my PC, through the USB port. I know little to nothing about how to do this, but I was told by someone that one way to do this is to use Windows Movie Maker's "capture video" option, and basically have the tape playing while WMM captures.
Said and done, now to playback.
Video looks and plays fine, though the resolution is lower than I expected (320x240). However, the main problem is that the Audio is horribly out of sync. The original is fine, so it's not a problem with the camera.

Does anyone know why this happens? Or maybe another way to capture videos from camera?
